Mitch Bio

Mitch is the office manager for the clinic.

He is originally from Cumberland Co. Illinois and grew up on a hog farm. He has fond memories of his child hood pets – a Weimaraner and Saint Bernard.

After serving 4 years in the Navy, he moved to Charleston, South Carolina to help with rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Hugo.

He continued there as an owner-operator of a construction company for 18 years before moving back to Illinois.

Hobbies include poker and golf. Interesting fact - Mitch happens to be Boomer’s favorite person.

Nicole Bio

Nicole is currently enrolled in veterinary technician school and taking courses to earn her degree. Once she graduates, she plans on being a licensed vet tech.

Nicole graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in environmental biology. After graduating, Nicole worked as a full time zookeeper at Scovill Zoo for 11 years. A few of her favorite zoo animals are the wolves, goats, and bearded dragons.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her one cat, Dexter. She is an active member of the Decatur YMCA and enjoys lifting weights and working out. Other hobbies include baking for friends and co-workers and watching Illini basketball games.

Rachelle Bio

Rachelle has worked at the hospital since it was formerly known as Wildwood Pet Clinic.

She is a part time student at Richland Community College.

She enjoys spending time with her two cats Tito and Gentle Tiger (GT).
